Frequently asked questions
Is SquadSpace free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes calendar, RSVP, match management, squad and team chat. Pro and Club add more features and can be paid monthly or yearly.
Which devices can we use?
The app is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. Everything also works in the web browser on any computer, tablet or phone.
How do players and parents join?
The admin shares the team's invite code or link. Players and parents create an account in the app or on the web and join the team with one tap.
How do payments work?
The club connects its own Stripe account. Members pay membership fees, cups and gear by card, and the money goes straight to the club's bank account. SquadSpace takes a small fee per payment, which is lower on the higher plans.
Can we import our match schedule?
Yes. Paste the link to your team's match schedule from your federation in the team settings. The matches are imported and synced automatically, so changes show up without any extra work.
Can we run several teams in one club?
Yes. With the Club plan you can have multiple teams under one club. Members can belong to several teams, and admins switch between teams in a few taps.
Which languages are supported?
SquadSpace is available in 25 languages and follows the language of your device automatically.
