Getting started
• Create your account and choose your role (Coach / Player / Parent).
• Coaches create the team and share the invite code.
• Players and parents join by entering the invite code during signup.

Teams & invites
• Where do I find the invite code?
The coach/admin can find it in Team Settings under “Invite to team”.
• Can I invite both players and parents?
Yes — invite codes work for both, and roles help keep things organized.

Calendar (Trainings, Matches, Cups)
• How do I create a training, match or cup?
Add it from the Calendar and include time, location and notes.
• Can members RSVP to events?
Yes — members can RSVP directly on the event, so you see attendance fast.
• Why do some events show different colors?
Colors help separate event types (training, match, cup) at a glance.

RSVP / Availability
• What’s the difference between RSVP and availability?
RSVP is your response for a specific event (Yes/No). Availability can be used for broader selection depending on team setup.
• Can coaches see who responded?
Yes — coaches/admins can see responses and attendance for planning.

Formations
• How do players show up in Formations?
When players create accounts, they automatically appear in Formations and Squad with name and jersey number.
• How do I place players on the pitch?
Tap a player, then drag them to the correct position on the field.
• Can I send a formation to a match?
Yes — choose a match and send the formation/squad when you’re ready.

Squad
• What is Squad used for?
Squad is your full team list (coaches, players, parents) and the fastest way to manage who’s included.
• Can I send the match squad from Squad?
Yes — you can send the match squad from Squad, or via Formations if you prefer to set positions first.

Tactics drawing board
• What can I do on the drawing board?
Draw plays, movements and drills visually and share them with the team.
• Is it only for matches?
No — it’s great for trainings, match prep and quick adjustments.

Team chat
• Who can use team chat?
Coaches, players and parents (based on team settings).
• Why is chat better than multiple apps?
It keeps all team communication tied to the same calendar and match info — less confusion.

Settings & customization
• Can I control notifications?
Yes — adjust what you get notified about so you only receive what matters.
• Can I remove menus on the Home screen?
Yes — hide tiles you don’t use to keep the Home screen clean and focused.
• Can I add links to standings/schedule/series?
Yes — add URLs in Team Settings to keep everything in one place.

Account & privacy
• How do I reset my password?
Use “Forgot password” on the login screen and follow the steps.
• Can I delete my account?
Contact support and we’ll help you with account deletion options.
